Reservation policies

Responsibilities

The Company acts on behalf of our clients, reserving and / or buying in its name land, air and rail transportation tickets; reserving accommodation; buying tickets to tourist attractions and other tourist services, for which we do not assume responsibility in case of accidents, loss of objects or damage to them. The request of any of our services will make about understanding consent of these conditions.

Prices and Rates

All prices are expressed in US dollars and are subject to change.

The prices of the tours and tour packages are per person, on a double room basis in all the hotels and include the services specified for each tour or program. The rates do not include tips, airport taxes, air tickets (unless expressly indicated), excess baggage or any other expense not specified in the program.

Itinerary

The Company reserves the right to make changes in the itineraries, being able to make changes in the order of the trips or in the start times of activities, due to causes or climatological problems, delay in the arrival of planes or buses or for any circumstance of the nature or fortuitous event, said modifications have the purpose of ensuring and guaranteeing the best development of your tour or program. (Such modifications are made in coordination with the client).

Reservations

  • Name of the passenger or group.
  • Arrival and departure flight.
  • Name of the hotel.
  • Type of program requested.

Once the reception of the pre-payment has been verified, the booking of the requested tour package or tour will be confirmed, which will be notified to the client by means of an e-mail, and the purchase of the tickets and reservations at the hotels will be made. .

The confirmation of the hotels is subject to availability, if there is no space in the selected hotel, another one of similar category and price will be given.

Accommodation

Hotel reservations will be made only if the reservation of the tour or program has been confirmed with a partial payment of the services.

In case breakfast or other meal is included in the rate offered by the hotel, it will be clearly specified. The passenger must comply with the schedules established for the consumption of these meals according to hotel policies. Any extra consumption will have to be paid directly by the customer.

Cancellation and Money Return Policy

Our clients can cancel their reservations when they see it as convenient; you only need to send us your written request by e-mail and consider the following rules:

  • If the request for cancellation is made within 15 days of the start of your program, there will be no refund of any money.
  • If the request for cancellation is made within 16-25 days of the start of your program, the refund will be 25% of the pre – payment.
  • If the request for cancellation is made within 26-30 days of the start of your program, the refund will be 50% of the pre – payment.
  • If the request for cancellation is made within 31 or more days of the start of your program, the refund will be 60% of the pre – payment.

NOTE: For the special case of the Inca Trail, if the request for cancellation is made there will be no refund of any money. (given the strict reservation policies that this service has).

In the case of cancellation of tourist packages that include the air, bus or train service already issued, no refund or refund will be granted for these services.

Also, no refund or refund will be granted in case of “no-presentation” of the passenger, for the start of the tour or program, nor will refund be granted in case of cancellation during the trip.

On the other hand, when tourist services are interrupted due to adverse weather conditions or causes, due to riots or strikes or any other force majeure, etc., no refund will be granted, as these causes are beyond our control.

Obligations

In case some service can not be provided by an error or failure attributable to the operator of the service (tourist provider), he will try to do his best to provide some solution of equal value to the service not provided. In case you can not provide a service equivalent to the service provided, it will be reimbursed at the current price of the service, excluding any consequence, indirect costs or any other cost associated with this service.
